Job summary

Brose is seeking a quality professional in Querétaro to coordinate and manage customer complaints, drive escalation strategies, and align team efforts with department KPIs.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of automotive quality experience, strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and a proven track record of working directly with customers.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience in quality within the automotive industry.
• Effective communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Advanced problem solving abilities and data-driven thinking.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating work across functions.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Fluent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Experience dealing with customer complaints and escalation processes.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage customer complaints across the organization.
• Handle escalations and develop strategies to prevent recurrence.
• Manage department KPIs for customer complaints and failure costs.
• Coordinate the quality team to ensure timely, effective responses.
