Job summary

Brose, a family-owned automotive supplier, seeks a skilled professional in Querétaro to manage customer data, invoicing, and quoting activities within SAP environments. You will support Account Managers, handle tooling invoicing, and generate monthly SAP forecasts.

The role requires fluent English, strong Excel, and good organizational skills. Automotive experience is desirable, with a proactive, flexible approach to workload and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Maintain customer-specific database systems and Brose SAP systems (Sales Orders, Delivery Notes, Invoicing/shipments, ISP).
• Follow up open invoices/payments in alignment with Account Manager and Finance.
• Manage OEM Tooling Invoicing in alignment with Account Manager and according to Brose standards – organize invoices, asset tags and photos for audit, prepare customer documents, follow up with customer.
• Records Management - Customer contracts (Tooling / Pc Price / Prototype).
• Manages commercial change management documentation between customer and Brose, incl. GECOS, SAP, customer change management system – tracks and closes open topics.
• Assist Account Managers with new business proposals, develop and prepare quotations for new and service business, market analysis, benchmarking, presentations.
• Prepares monthly reports for business updates. (SAP, Forecast).
