Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Plant Quality Manager to lead quality initiatives in the Mexican market. You will drive internal audits, implement improvements, and interact with key partners to ensure robust quality programs across sites.

The role requires 8+ years in plant quality management, strong English skills, and familiarity with metal machining processes within T1 automotive environments. Based in Querétaro or San Luis Potosí with travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years as Plant Quality Manager.
• Recent or current experience in T1 automotive industry required.
• Experience in metal machining processes.
• Experience managing multi-site preferred.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Advanced English skills.

This position can be based in Queretaro or San Luis Potosí
