Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the quality function in a manufacturing operation in Puebla, Mexico. You will drive the implementation of quality systems, monitor performance, and ensure compliance with customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.

You will collaborate with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to foster a culture of quality and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven leadership of a quality function in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., QMS/ISO 9001).
• Experience addressing customer and regulatory requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams at all levels.
• Advanced English proficiency.

QUALITY MANAGER

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join a manufacturing operation in Puebla. This position will provide leadership to the quality function and support the organization in achieving its operational, customer, and compliance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and develop the quality team.
2. Support the implementation and continuous improvement of quality systems and processes.
3. Monitor quality performance and coordinate actions to address identified gaps.
4. Ensure alignment with applicable customer, regulatory, and internal requirements.
5. Promote structured problem-solving, risk prevention, and continuous improvement.
6. Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions.
7. Support internal and external quality reviews and audits.
8. Strengthen a culture of quality and accountability across the organization.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
2. Previous experience leading a quality function within a manufacturing environment.
3. Knowledge of quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies.
4. Experience working with customer and compliance requirements.
