Grupo Pesado Castro in San Luis Potosí seeks a Quality Engineer to ensure processes meet customer requirements and drive quality improvements in a manufacturing environment. You will lead root cause analyses, manage RCCA and CAPA, develop inspection and control plans, and support MRB, FAIRs, and audits.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering, knowledge of PFMEA/SPC/8D/5 Whys, GD&T, inspection tools, and English/Spanish fluency.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Experience or strong knowledge of quality systems.
• Proficiency with PFMEA, SPC, 8D, 5 Whys and root cause analysis.
• Ability to interpret drawings, GD&T, and customer specs.
• Knowledge of inspection tools like micrometers, gauges.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with customer-specific requirements.
