Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team with a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee QMS compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor KPIs such as customer complaints, scrap, PPM, and cost of poor quality.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA activities.
• Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
• Collaborate to improve processes, product quality, and efficiency.
• Manage customer quality concerns and resolutions.
• Support quality planning and CI initiatives.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Quality team, promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Oversee quality management systems, ensuring compliance with applicable industry standards and customer requirements.
• Monitor and improve key quality performance indicators, including customer complaints, scrap, PPM, and cost of poor quality.
• Lead problem-solving activities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action plans.
• Coordinate internal, external, and customer audits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve manufacturing processes, product quality, and operational efficiency.
• Manage customer quality concerns and ensure effective resolution.
• Support quality planning activities and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar quality leadership role within the automotive manufacturing industry.
• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, Automotive Core Tools, and VDA 6.3.
• Experience in quality management systems, manufacturing quality, and customer quality management.
• Proven experience leading teams and driving measurable quality improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
