LIXIL Mexico Maquila site is seeking an Assurance Quality Engineer to lead quality systems at the manufacturing floor in Nuevo León. You will define control plans, support PFMEA, audits, and drive continuous improvement with production teams to reduce warranty costs and improve product quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technician or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001.
• Proficient in Core Tools.
• Proficient in root cause analysis.
• ISO Internal Auditor.
• Ability to solve high complexity problems.
• Ability to present and deal with top management.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.

Responsabilidades

• Define, control and place strategies to ensure plant KPIs are within the goal: Warranties and Failure cost. (A3, 5W, 8D, Kaizen)
• Review, create and maintain Control Plans, due changes in product/process or new product development. Work with production and process team to review, create and maintain PFMEA.
• Ensure the performance of internal, step and process audits (Internal Quality Audits, Layered Process Audits (LPA) and Inspection process audits (DA).
• Work on Root Cause analysis on Customer Complaints, Non conformances in external audits (ISO or Certifications); develop action plans, implement and monitor effectiveness. (A3, 5W, 8D)
• Supervises, assigns activities and develops personnel under his/her responsibility.
