MAHLE in Juárez, MX, seeks an experienced QA professional to join the BU1 Powertrain and Charging team. You will analyze failures on main automotive assemblies, provide technical quality-system support, and coordinate 8D and continuous improvement initiatives with manufacturing, engineering, and suppliers.

Ideal candidates bring Tier 1 automotive experience, strong organizational and analytical skills, and proficiency in quality tools and MS Office, contributing to waste reduction and process

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of related experience in a Tier 1 environment.
• Experience in automotive business.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of quality tools and methodologies (SPC, MSA, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Failure analysis of main automotive assembly of primary customers dealing with 0km and warranty.
• Provide Technical Support to the different departments regarding quality system.
• Coordinate problem-solving activities / 8D Report.
• FTTQ Action Plan Top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
• Scrap Action Plan for top 3 contributors / Monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and supplier to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate continuous improvement activities focused on reducing waste, rework, and process variation.
