Bosch Group in Celaya, Guanajuato, is seeking a Hardware Test Engineer to create and audit production test protocols for automotive electronic units. The role involves improving testing methods and collaborating with global engineering teams to enhance product quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, including expertise in ECU diagnostics, test specification development, and root cause analysis. Excellent soft skills, such as conflict management and communication, are also essential for this position.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
• Technical knowledge of automotive electronic products.
• Experience with test protocols and failure analysis.

Responsabilidades

• Create project-specific production test specifications for customer projects.
• Develop and improve test protocols and verification processes.
• Support production test engineers with specification questions.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve failures during testing.

Conocimientos

Technical expertise to setup diagnosis with ECU

Familiar with the standard test equipment in ECU's

Engineering Requirements Management

Test specification and test coverage analysis

Root cause failure analysis (Problem Solving)

Electronic circuits interpretation
