Molex in Mexico’s El Salto facility is hiring a QMS Engineer to drive the Quality Management System within our Optical Solutions operations. You will partner with Engineering, Manufacturing and Quality teams to ensure ISO and customer requirements are met, supporting audits and continuous improvement initiatives.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, root-cause analysis, and metrics-driven quality improvements. Strong English and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

As a QMS Engineer, you will support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) within our Optical Solutions business. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements, industry standards, and internal quality processes while driving a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

We collaborate across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, and Customer Quality functions to ensure compliance, promote best practices, and drive sustainable improvements throughout the organization.

What You Will Do
