Warner Bros. Discovery in Mexico City is looking for a Procure to Pay (PTP) professional to maintain PTP processes, ensure Sox compliance, and support a robust controls environment. The role involves updates and reporting of overall PTP operations within a global media company.

You will work with SAP, Ariba, PeopleSoft and Oracle systems, enabling timely vendor creation, accurate invoicing, and proper coding. A strong emphasis on deadlines, communication, and independent work is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or related field is preferred.
• Experience with Peoplesoft Financials and SAP is preferred.
• Experience in the Media Industry and/or Media Sales is preferred.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
• Solid understanding of the PTP process and ability to meet deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver world class / proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Support PTP processes to ensure operational success (vendor creation, invoices matched to PO, routing to coders).
• Review PCard statements for compliance.
• Monitor and reconcile aging PTP activity.
• Support onboarding of new acquisitions into Warner Bros. Discovery processes and systems.
• Support PTP system changes and testing for new business projects and integrations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP SRM, Ariba, PeopleSoft, Oracle, OpenText VIM, SAP ECC).
