Informa is looking for a P2P Coordinator to ensure efficient day-to-day accounts payable operations. You will process invoices, manage payments, handle travel expenses, and support controls/audit activities.

The role requires strong communication, Excel proficiency, and experience with Oracle systems. Based in Mexico City, the position emphasizes collaboration with internal teams, timely reporting, and process improvement to drive efficiency in the procure-to-pay cycle.

Formación

• Experience in P2P processes and procure-to-pay cycles.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
• Excellent written and spoken English, advanced level preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage payments: ensure sign-off, resolve rejections, and maintain ledgers.
• Process invoices and payment requests; handle PO/Non-PO workflows.
• Oversee travel and expenses, validate coding and reports.
• Perform internal controls and support audits; document processes.
• Communicate with internal teams and management; provide updates.
• Identify improvements to optimize the P2P cycle and KPIs.
