Job summary

Kerry is seeking an entry-level Payments professional to execute day-to-day supplier payments across LATAM and support the PTP process. The role emphasizes accuracy, adherence to internal controls, and collaboration with Treasury, Procurement and banking partners.

You will work within the Global Business Services Finance organization to ensure timely payments, accurate reconciliations, and compliance with vendor agreements. Strong Excel and SAP familiarity is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0 to 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Finance, Accounting, or related areas.
• Internship experience may be considered if exposure to payment processes or reconciliations was obtained.
• Working knowledge of SAP (experience using the system is preferred).

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor supplier payments across LATAM.
• Support payment processes while ensuring adherence to financial policies and internal controls.
• Perform bank reconciliations and payment-related activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Treasury, Procurement, Processing, Master Data (MDM), Help Desk, and banking partners.

About the role
The PTP Entry Associate – Payments is responsible for executing day-to-day payment activities accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with internal controls, banking requirements, and vendor agreements. This role supports the Procure-to-Pay (PTP) process by processing vendor and employee payments, maintaining payment records, supporting reconciliations, and contributing to operational excellence within the Global Business Services (GBS) Finance organization.
Working closely with PTP Associates, Specialists, and business stakeholders, you will help ensure timely payment execution, minimize payment exceptions, and support Kerry's commitment to financial accuracy and compliance.Key responsibilities
