Job summary
Magneti Marelli Parts & Services in Cd. Juarez, MX seeks a PTC Manager to lead Product Transfer Center and New Product Introduction within Manufacturing. Lead cross-functional teams, manage plans, budgets, and risks, ensuring successful product launches and transfers with process implementation.
The role requires adherence to IATF 16949 and ISO standards, customer requirements, and continuous improvement. You will mentor the PTC/NPI team and collaborate with engineering, quality, and supply
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or related engineering degree.
- Minimum 5 years in NPI or program management leadership.
- Experience in automotive/manufacturing environments.
- Strong project management and cross-functional leadership.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Advanced English communication skills.
- Proficient with ERP and MS Office.
Responsibilities
- Lead all PTC and NPI activities across projects.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for launches and transfers.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risks.
- Drive readiness for new product introductions including equipment and workforce.
- Act as liaison among customers, engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain.
- Monitor KPIs and ensure milestones are met.
- Support continuous improvement focusing on productivity and cost.
