About the Position:

We are looking for a PTC Manager to join the Manufacturing team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.

This position is based at our office in Cd. Juarez, Mex, Plant 1.

The PTC-NPI Manager is responsible for leading the Product Transfer Center (PTC) and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities, ensuring successful product launches, transfers, and implementation of new manufacturing processes. This role coordinates cross-functional teams, manages project execution, and ensures compliance with customer, quality, cost, and delivery requirements while supporting business growth objectives.

Your Responsibilities will be:

• Lead and manage all Product Transfer Center (PTC) and New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and transfers.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Drive operational readiness for new product introductions, including equipment, tooling, materials, and workforce preparation.
• Act as primary liaison between customers, engineering, operations, quality, and supply chain teams during project execution.
• Monitor project performance through KPIs and ensure adherence to milestones.
• Facilitate problem-solving activities related to product transfers, manufacturing readiness, and launch challenges.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SA8000, customer requirements, and company standards.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Lead and develop the PTC/NPI team through coaching, training, and performance management.

What Qualifications you will bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience managing New Product Introduction (NPI), Program Management, Product Transfers, or Manufacturing Operations.
• Experience within automotive or manufacturing environments.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality systems, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.

Other skills that we would welcome:

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Knowledge of APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Core Tools.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
• SAP knowledge.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Customer-facing experience and stakeholder management.
• Experience leading global or regional product transfer projects.
