Schlumberger Limited in Villahermosa, MX seeks a senior Operations Manager to drive QHSE compliance and operational integrity across production facilities and service projects. You will lead field operations, steer risk management, and oversee contracts, service delivery, and customer engagement.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in operational roles, strong leadership, and a proven track record in process optimization and safety culture in field settings.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Production Facilities and/or Service Projects.
• Previous management or supervisory experience.
• Experience in Operational Integrity and risk management processes.
• Experience managing field operations, service delivery, aftermarket activities, or customer-facing operations.
• Experience working with contracts, service performance, and customer relationship management.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure consistent implementation of QHSE standards and risk management practices across delivery.
• Drive customer satisfaction and service quality through effective process management.
• Own PSD and Operational Integrity KOPs within the GeoUnit and ensure compliance.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks; develop risk management and response plans.
• Conduct audits, assessments, and job program evaluations for compliance.
• Review and approve technical job programs, JRAs, PRAs, exemptions, and MOC docs.
• Lead incident response, investigations, and corrective action validation.
• Manage the complete service delivery cycle from planning to closure.
• Oversee contract performance, revenue forecasting, and billing resolution.
• Develop staffing models and resource allocation; support team growth.
• Lead field operations and aftersales activities (spare parts, URIs, blanket orders).
