Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, data quality, data entry, or related field.
  • Experience working with databases and/or information management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work independently while collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

Responsibilities

  • Load, enter, update, maintain, and validate provider data within OneCall systems.
  • Manage provider demographic, credentialing, contracting information.
  • Activate, deactivate, and terminate provider records per policy.
  • Review, confirm, and update provider information as requested.
  • Contact providers and stakeholders by phone or email to obtain or validate information.
  • Perform validation activities and quality checks for data accuracy.
  • Maintain documentation of provider data changes.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures when loading data.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve data issues.

Provider Data AnalystHealthcare | Advanced English | On-SiteLocation: Los Doctores, Monterrey, Nuevo LeónWork Schedule: Monday to FridayWork Modality: On-siteEmployment Type: Full-timeLanguage Requirement: Advanced EnglishAbout the RoleOne Call is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Provider Data Analyst to join our team in Monterrey.This position is responsible for the initial setup, loading, maintenance, and ongoing management of provider demographic, credentialing, and contracting information within the appropriate OneCall systems. The role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and availability of provider data while supporting business operations and regulatory requirements.The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, comfortable working with large amounts of information, and able to communicate effectively with internal teams and external providers.Key ResponsibilitiesProvider Data Management – 50%Accurately load, enter, update, maintain, and validate provider data within OneCall systems.Manage provider demographic, credentialing, contracting, and related information.Activate, deactivate, and terminate provider records according to established policies and procedures.Research, review, confirm, and make updates to provider information as requested.Respond to inquiries and issues related to provider information and data accuracy.Contact providers and other stakeholders by phone or email to obtain, clarify, or validate information.Perform validation activities and quality checks to ensure provider data is complete and accurate.Maintain appropriate documentation and records of provider data changes.Data Integrity & Compliance – 25%Maintain accurate databases and reporting related to provider network compliance and regulatory requirements.Ensure provider data meets established accuracy, completeness, and quality standards.Participate in reconciliation processes, data audits, and reviews of provider information.Identify and investigate discrepancies between systems or data sources.Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures when entering, updating, or loading provider data.Escalate discrepancies, incomplete information, or requests that do not comply with established policies.Additional ResponsibilitiesSupport data-related projects, process improvements, and system initiatives.Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to resolve provider data issues.Maintain confidentiality and appropriately handle sensitive information.Follow One Call’s established provider data management processes and procedures.Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Required Qualifications2+ years of experience in data management, data analysis, data quality, data entry, master data, or a related field.Experience working with databases and/or information management systems.Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies or inconsistencies in data.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and other business applications.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.Why Join One Call?At One Call, you will have the opportunity to work in an international healthcare services environment, collaborate with teams across the U.S. and Mexico, and develop your expertise in provider data management, data quality, and healthcare operations.
