Flex is seeking a Project Specialist to join our Guadalajara North campus. You will manage low-to-medium complexity projects, coordinate schedules, budgets, and technical needs, and support cross-functional teams to meet performance indicators.

The role requires strong process engineering background in SMT, effective communication, and the ability to interact with customers and management. On-site position with opportunities for growth and visibility within the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level education or MBA with relevant work experience.
• Experience in project coordination and cross-functional communication.
• Fluent English to interact with teams and customers.

Responsabilités

• Assist in establishing project schedules, budgets, and technical requirements from initiation to transfer.
• Communicate customer requirements and project constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review production schedules and identify issues affecting cost, delivery, and quality.

Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Project Specalist located in Guadalajara North , Campus.

The Project Specialist will be in charge of managing projects of low-medium complexity in order to meet the performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc) of a specific organization.

What a typical day looks like:

• Help establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.
• Review and communicate customer requirements, specifications, and project schedule and budget constraints to cross-functional teams.
• Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.
• Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.
• Develop status reports, including project financials, insuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.
• Create and maintain project plan documents, procedures and project deliverables.
• Conduct presentations concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.
• Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.
• Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers. May interact with senior management; frequently interact with middle management and singly contributor groups.
