Job summary

Flex in Juarez, Mexico seeks a Program Administrator to support customer accounts and coordinate program activities under the Program Manager. You will assist with defining timeframes, staffing, and resource allocation to advance programs on schedule and within budget.

Reporting to the Program Manager, you will prepare program reports and executive presentations, engage with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in a Manufacturing environment preferred.
• Knowledge in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT).
• Intermediate/Advanced English (mandatory).
• Experience with reports, metrics, and KPI tracking.

Responsibilities

• Presents materials value-added to customers or suppliers and helps outline program timeframes and resource allocation.
• Confers with Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plans and assign duties.
• Drives and coordinates projects with the Customer Focus Team to keep programs on schedule and within budget.
• Prepares program reports and executive presentations for management and clients.
• May assist in metric development and tracking for the program.
• Occasional travel to customer locations.
• Drives continuous improvement activities impacting timelines, costs or production activities.
• Follow up on shipments to meet site and customer guarantees without delays.

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Program Administrator located in Juarez south, Mexico.

Reporting to the Program Manager, the Program Administrator assists with managing customer accounts in all aspects of the business relationship.

What a typical day looks like:

• Presents materials value-added to customers or suppliers, and influence customers to use Assist in the review of program proposals or planstodefinetimeframe, procedures for accomplishing program, staffing requirements and allotment of available resources to various phases of program.

• Confers with appropriate managers within Program Management, Operations and others to outline work plan and to assign duties, responsibilities and scope of authority, and to receive technical advice and resolve problems.

• Drives and coordinatesprojects/activitieswiththeCustomer Focus Team (CFT) members to ensure program progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget, including facilitatingthework/communicationacross different departments.

• Prepares program reportsand executivepresentationsformanagement, client, or others.

• May assist in metric development and trackingfor the program.

• Occasional travel to customer locations.

• Drive the team to look for continuous improvement activities that have an impact in the project timeline, cost or daily production activities

• Follow up on shipments to ensure we meet site andcustomerguaranteeswithoutany delay and coordinate the team to any issue that could generate an impact.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience.

• Related experience preferably within a Manufacturing environment

• Knowledge in MS office; Excel, word, ppt and others.

• Intermediate/AdvancedEnglish (mandatory).

• Attention to customer requirements.

• Ability to effectively communicate with CFT.

• Previous experience in administrative or operational program roles, project follow-up, or coordination with cross-functional teams.

• Experience working with reports, metrics, and action tracking.

• Previous exp working with different kinds of reports and KPI´s

• Experience Industrial Engineer Experience
