Job summary

Siemens Energy seeks a Quality Manager in Projects (QMiP) to ensure quality requirements are integrated across the full project lifecycle. You will lead APQP and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, suppliers, and project management teams to deliver quality while aligning with Siemens Energy standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 5+ years in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Project environments.
• Strong expertise in Project Quality Management, APQP, risk management, FMEA, and problem-solving tools.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, supplier quality processes, manufacturing technologies, and PLM/customer project environments.
• Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Professional English proficiency and willingness to work in international environments and travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead APQP implementation to ensure quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Establish and drive project quality strategies, plans, risk management, and Quality Gate governance.
• Drive risk prevention through structured quality methodologies and lessons learned.
• Coordinate quality assurance activities across customers, suppliers, engineering, manufacturing, and project management teams.
• Ensure compliance with Siemens Energy standards, customer requirements, product safety, and regulatory requirements.
