Job summary

Mill is seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer to ensure hardware products meet stringent quality standards across a global supplier network. You will drive APQP/PPAP activities, coordinate testing, and lead cross-functional teams in NPI to mass production.

The role requires hands-on quality execution, deep knowledge of quality tools, and strong collaboration with Design, Operations, and Supply Chain to deliver robust, scalable quality processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product, supplier, or manufacturing quality roles.
• Experience with electrical/electromechanical components and IPC standards.
• Strong knowledge of SPC, Cp/Cpk and auditing techniques.
• Hands-on in NPI build phases: proto to mass production.
• Professional English (B2+) and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering across supplier sites during NPI.
• Drive APQP activities, PFMEA, control plans, FAI/FAIR, PPAP.
• Coordinate testing and validation at suppliers and labs.
• Conduct process audits of manufacturing and quality systems.
• Develop gauges and inspection fixtures for partners.
• Collaborate with design/ops to embed quality and lead DFMEA.
