Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead fulfillment of customer commitments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will serve as the primary link between customers and operations, driving on-time delivery, quality, and cost competitiveness while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, maintain shop-floor presence, and translate customer requirements into feasible manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience managing production or manufacturing projects.
• Experience working directly with customers.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ERP and planning tools.
• Intermediate–advanced English (able to communicate technical topics with U.S. customers).

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between Production, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Planning.
• Identify and manage operational risks; develop and execute effective contingency plans.
• Maintain strong daily presence on the shop floor to address issues impacting customer commitments.
• Communicate project status clearly and proactively to internal and external stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into feasible, stable, and competitive manufacturing processes.
• Respond quickly and professionally to escalations.
• Represent site capabilities and drive customer trust and value perception.

This role will serve as the key link between our customers and operational teams, driving reliable delivery, quality, cost competitiveness, and an exceptional customer experience and overall satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects from planning to delivery, ensuring timelines, volumes, quality, and cost targets are consistently met.
