This role ensures that individual projects meet deadlines, stay within budget, and deliver results that align with the organization’s goals. The Project Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize processes, implement new technologies, and enhance operational efficiency in fulfillment and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to execute project tasks and deliverables.
• Lead projects aimed at improving warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
• Collaborate with warehouse managers, supply chain teams, and IT to implement solutions such as automation, new WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), or optimized workflows.
• Ensure projects align with operational KPIs, including order accuracy, on-time delivery, and efficiency improvements.
• Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis to resolve operational challenges during project implementation.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project status updates, progress, and deliverables.
• Facilitate regular meetings with stakeholders, including warehouse operations, customer service, and supply chain teams.
• Prepare and present project reports to leadership, highlighting key accomplishments, challenges, and next steps.
• Track project budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
• Manage resource allocation to meet project demands without disrupting daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in fulfillment, warehouse operations, or logistics.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
• PMP (Project Management Professional), Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency with project management software.
• Familiarity with WMS and TMS systems, data analytics tools, and operational performance metrics.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Valid Visa to travel to USA.
