Job summary

MVC Resources is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery efforts for client projects. You will coordinate technical leads, internal resources, vendors and clients to ensure timely, within-scope, and within-budget outcomes.

You will define scope with stakeholders, monitor progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders informed with clear reporting. Strong communication, organization, and leadership will help you drive successful project delivery across multiple

Qualifications

• Proven working experience in project management.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Experience using project management software and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• PMP or ITIL certification will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project risks to minimise potential disruptions.
• Conduct client meetings to gather requirements and clarify project expectations.
• Track project milestones and ensure short-term and long-term objectives are achieved.
• Monitor project budgets and make adjustments where necessary.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps.
• Apply leadership, problem-solving and process improvement skills to support successful project delivery.
