Flextronics - The Flex Company in Guadalajara, Mexico, is seeking a Project Manager to lead medium- complexity projects, coordinating across engineering, operations, and finance to meet cost, schedule, and quality targets.

You will establish project plans, manage budgets, and communicate with customers and senior management, driving timelines and risk mitigation in a global, cross-functional environment. Advanced English is required; Chinese is a plus.

Formación

• BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience required.
• Experience managing multiple customers/accounts in a manufacturing setting.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, cost control, budget tracking and project financial impact.
• Direct customer-facing experience with ability to drive project discussions and manage expectations.
• Experience with global cross-functional teams across operations, engineering, logistics and finance.
• Knowledge of CAPEX projects, investment planning, equipment readiness, timelines and risk management.
• Experience launching new operations or facilities from planning through execution.
• Technical exposure to mechanical assembly processes.
• Strong project leadership skills to drive timelines and remove roadblocks.
• Advanced English communication skills; Chinese is a plus.

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary.## Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Project Manager** located in **Guadalajara, North.**Reporting to the Director, Program Management, Project Manager role will be Responsible for managing projects of medium complexity in order to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality, etc.) of a specific organization.**What a typical day looks like:*** Establish project schedule, financial parameters, and technical requirements, managing project from initiation through transfer.* Communicate customer requirements, specifications, project schedule, and budget constraints to cross-functional teams, including engineers, senior management, and consultants.* Review daily production schedule and identify problem areas.* Assess causes of problems and provide technical support and direction to project team to resolve issues.* Develop status reports, including project financials, ensuring project team is meeting customer requirements and measuring cost control.* Maintain project plan documents, procedures, and project deliverables.* Conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects/schedules, etc.* Assist in the management of larger projects/programs.* Provide advice to lower-level Project/Product Managers to achieve goals in accordance with established policies.* Recommend changes to policies which may affect subordinate organization(s).* Interact frequently with customers and/or functional peer group managers.
