Responsibilities

  • Manage projects through design, procurement, construction, handover and close-out.
  • Act as primary day-to-day contact for client and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors and landlords.
  • Lead meetings, track decisions and actions, and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, forecasts, and change orders.
  • Oversee procurement, RFPs, bid evaluations and contract execution.
  • Monitor progress, quality, safety, documentation and compliance.

This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage both strategic project decisions and detailed day-to-day execution.The Project Manager is expected to take ownership of the project, anticipate risks and issues, develop solutions, escalate when appropriate, and ensure that projects are delivered in accordance with the client’s objectives, corporate standards, and agreed project parameters.**Key responsibilities:**- Manage projects successfully throughout design, procurement, construction, handover, and close-out.- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for the client and project stakeholders.- Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, landlords, and specialty consultants.- Lead project meetings, track decisions and action items, and ensure timely follow-up.- Develop and monitor project budgets, schedules, forecasts, commitments, and change orders.- Manage procurement, RFPs, bid evaluations, contractor selection, and contract execution.- Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, documentation, and compliance.- Identify and mitigate risks related to cost, schedule, design, procurement, construction, and operations.- Review RFIs, submittals, change orders, invoices, and payment applications.- Prepare client reports, executive updates, risk registers, decision logs, and progress reports.- Coordinate testing, commissioning, punch lists, handover documentation, warranties, and final close-out.- Ensure compliance with applicable client, building, safety, permit, REPSE, IMSS, and regulatory requirements.**Required Qualifications**Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management. Equivalent relevant professional experience may also be considered.Professional Experience:- Approximately 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, construction management, architecture, engineering.- Demonstrated experience managing corporate interiors, office fit-outs, or similar construction projects.
