Sensient Technologies Corporation, a leader in color and flavor science, seeks a Project Engineer to drive capital projects that enhance performance and reduce costs. You will lead initiatives across engineering disciplines, collaborate with site teams, and maintain critical documentation to ensure on-time project closure.

The role requires a strong engineering background, 4+ years of capital project experience, and proficiency with CAD tools.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in capital project execution, with project management certification preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge across civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and environmental engineering.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar systems, plus AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, and Visio.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support capital projects that improve business performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize project execution by maximizing resources, reducing costs and lead times, and improving project timelines.
• Support the identification, planning, management, execution, and successful closure of capital projects (CARs).
• Monitor project progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to Engineering Management.
• Collaborate with site teams across EHS, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to deliver successful projects.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including P&IDs, layouts, capacity studies, and calculations, while supporting root cause analysis and deviation resolution.
