Sensient Technologies Corporation is seeking a Project Engineer to lead capital projects that improve performance, reduce costs, and optimize operations at our facilities. You will drive planning, execution, and closure of capital initiatives with cross-functional teams.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and 4+ years of capital project execution, plus proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Visio, and JD Edwards. Excellent English communication is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Civil, or Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• 4+ years of capital project execution experience; project management certification preferred.
• Strong technical knowledge across civil, mechanical, electrical, process, and environmental engineering.
• Experience with JD Edwards or similar systems, plus AutoCAD 2D/3D, SolidWorks, and Visio.
• Intermediate to advanced English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support capital projects that improve business performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize project execution by maximizing resources, reducing costs and lead times, and improving timelines.
• Support identification, planning, management, execution, and closure of capital projects (CARs).
• Monitor project progress and provide daily, weekly, and monthly updates to Engineering Management.
• Collaborate with site teams across EHS, Quality, Maintenance, and Production to deliver projects.
• Create and maintain engineering documentation, including P&IDs, layouts, capacity studies, and calculations, while supporting root cause analysis and deviation resolution.

What you’ll do:

• Lead and support capital projects that improve business performance, processes, and operational efficiency.
