One Mobility Group in Comonfort, Guanajuato (Mexico) is seeking a Launch Coordinator to drive projects from concept to launch.

You will plan and track time, cost, and quality; coordinate activities; supervise design, development, and implementation; monitor KPIs and allocate resources; define team roles; and ensure clear communication across departments.

Education: Industrial or Automotive Engineering or similar. Skills: APQP, PPAP, AMEF, Plan de Control; Advanced English; 3–5 years of experience.

Formación

• Education in Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar.
• Experience with APQP, PPAP, AMEF and control plans.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and track projects (time, cost, and quality).
• Coordinate and assign activities to the team.
• Supervise project design, development, and implementation.
• Monitor key performance indicators and results for the area.
• Support quotes and resource allocation for new projects.
• Control project costs and budget.
• Define team roles and responsibilities.
• Ensure effective communication between involved departments.
• Track progress and report project status.
• Identify problems and propose solutions.
