One Mobility Group in México is seeking a Project Process Engineer to join the Comonfort, Guanajuato location. You will develop process controls, line sheets, and operation instructions while collaborating with quality teams to ensure product quality.

Requirements include a Industrial Engineering or related degree, 2 years of experience, and advanced English. The role offers opportunities for development with an attractive salary and flexible hours.

Formación

• Industrial Engineering or related degree required.
• 2 years of experience preferred.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience launching and executing projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop the Critical Characteristics Matrix for each customer.
• Develop and implement the Standard Line Sheet (Rate, CT, Scrap %, Efficiency, Labor).
• Create Operations Flowchart to achieve product quality.
• Collaborate with Quality Projects Area on Control Plan development.
• Implement Operating Instructions for each operation and ensure training.
• Coordinate with Quality Projects Area on Equipment Approval Requests.
• Develop and validate Parameter Sheet for equipment needing it.
• Develop Dummies List with Quality Projects for equipment validation.
• Prepare Packaging Instructions (P&IDs) per customer requirements.

Project Process Engineer

At our location in One Mobility in Comonfort, Guanajuato (México). - Fit Voltaira

Your tasks:

• Develop the Critical Characteristics Matrix for each customer.
• Develop and implement the Standard Line Sheet (Rate, CT, Scrap %, Efficiency, Labor).
• Develop the Operations Flowchart to achieve product quality.
• Collaborate with the Quality Projects Area on the development of the Control Plan.
• Implement the Operating Instructions for each operation and ensure training on them.
• Work together with the Quality Projects Area on Equipment Approval Requests.
• Develop and validate the Parameter Sheet for equipment that requires it.
• Develop the Dummies List in conjunction with Quality Projects for equipment validation.
• Prepare the respective Packaging Instructions (P&IDs) according to customer requirements.

Requirements

• Education: Industrial Engineering or related
• 2 years of experience.
• Advanced English.
• Experience in launching and executing projects
