IQVIA is seeking a Project Support Associate to assist with assigned project(s) and teams with minimal supervision. You will ensure compliance with SOPs, GCP, regulatory requirements, and quality/timeline metrics.

Responsibilities include maintaining documentation, coordinating meetings, tracking information, and assisting with budgets and invoices. A Bachelor’s degree in life sciences and 0–2 years of experience are typical for this role.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• Typically 0–2 years of prior relevant experience.
• Knowledge of principles, theories, and concepts of a job area.
• 1 year’s relevant experience or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good problem solving skills.
• Results- and detail-oriented approach to work delivery.
• Good planning, time management, and prioritization skills.
• Strong software and computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Establish and maintain all project documentation according to SOPs.
• Assist with periodic review/audit of files for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate and track information, communications, documents, materials, and supplies for projects.
• Update internal systems, databases, tracking tools, timelines, and project plans.
• Identify and elevate discrepancies in project tracking data and related financial figures.
• Prepare and distribute status, tracking and project finance reports; assist with budget allocation.
• Prepare presentation materials for meetings and project summaries.
• Coordinate project team and customer meetings, including logistics and materials.
• Coordinate with other project support staff to identify and consolidate processes.
• Serve as backup contact for internal project team and external stakeholders.
• Undertake project management activities as directed by project manager.
• Train and mentor junior project support staff.
