ZKW is seeking a Senior Financial Controller for full-time work in Silao. You will manage IFRS 15 project controls, profitability evaluation, and KPI analysis within Global Project Controlling. The role focuses on IFRS15 processes and tool standardization across the site.

Requirements include a finance-related degree, 5+ years in controlling or FP&A, SAP FI experience, and business English. Join a premium lighting systems provider and help optimize financial project tracking and reporting.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, FP&A, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• IFRS background: experience in IFRS 15 application (revenue recognition, tooling treatment, and contract modifications).
• Experience in SAP FI module (CO and PS modules are a major plus for project tracking).
• Business English.

Responsabilidades

• Support in creation and in ensuring a company reporting structure for IFRS15 area.
• Support in systematic development and standardization of tools and software solutions for IFRS15.

Main Goal

Strategic control and financial project tracking.

Responsibilities

• Customer contracts Profile definition according to IFRS 15.
• Profitability project evaluation (ROI, EBIT, CF).
• Development hours booking control.
• Financial Project KPI Analysis (EBIT, CF).
• Monthly performance report analysis by project.
• Expenses and investments validation and approval through internal orders.
• Internal project handling.
• Serial revenue reduction calculation due to new awards (RALS).
• Forecast calculation on a quarterly basis.
• Support to fulfill for all Global Project Controlling and Evaluation IFRS 15 processes and task as permanent optimization, both on the Group as on Site level as well.
• Support in creation and in ensuring a company reporting structure for the area of IFRS15 and its permanent development.
• Support in the systematic development and standardization of tools and software solutions for the area of Global Project Controlling and Evaluation IFRS15 including its description and rollout as well.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a business-oriented mindset.
• IFRS Background: Experience in IFRS 15 application (revenue recognition, tooling treatment, and contract modifications within the automotive or manufacturing sector).
• Experience in SAP FI module (CO and PS modules are a major plus for project tracking).
• Business English.
