ZKW Group GmbH in Silao is seeking a Quality Manager to support warranty handling and maximize commercial effects. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience and leadership skills, alongside fluency in English.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Manager.
• Valid USA Visa required.
• Strong leadership skills required.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate with QCM's on warranty cases.
• Review COPQ status with the QCMs.
• Evaluate and visualize warranty processing.
• React to identified risks in warranty evaluations.
• Initiate assessments for warranty issues.
• Negotiate warranty agreements and contracts.
• Support in strategic planning and people management.

MAIN GOAL:

Continuous overview of warranty cases and support of warranty handling and thus maximization of the commercial effects for ZKW.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Regular coordination with the QCM's of the sites on current warranty cases and negotiations.
• Regular review of the COPQ status with the QCMs.
• Ongoing evaluation and visualization of warranty processing per customer.
• Proactive reaction to risks identified in the course of ongoing warranty evaluation.
• Initiation of assessments and measures of potentially warranty issues.
• Consideration of market-specific general conditions both on the product and in the course of the warranty process.
• Supporting in evaluating warranty agreements and sub-areas in applicable documents related to warranty and negotiating with customers.
• Contract review, contract agreements.
• Reconciliations from the RFQ.
• Strategic Planning.
• People Management.

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS?

• Knowledge of problem solving techniques.
• IT knowledge (MS Office programs, Team Center, SAP).
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Advanced experience with customers Tier 1.
• Strong Leadership skills.
• Experience of at least 5 years as Quality Manager.
• Valid USA Visa.
