Safran Mexico is seeking a Project Management, Investments & Innovation Projects Coordinator to oversee the execution and coordination of technical projects within the Technical Direction and Digital Transformation teams. You will align projects with the Innovation MRO roadmap, foster cross‑functional communication, and provide governance guidance to pilots, including risk and scope management.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of digital transformation and innovation projects across the MRO network.
• Facilitate communication between engineering and management to ensure deadlines and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks and implement risk mitigation and opportunity plans.
• Oversee budget control, monitor CapEx and OpEx, and identify investment opportunities.
• Lead the required functional representatives for assigned projects.

The Project Management, Investments & Innovation Projects Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of technical projects within the Technical Direction and Digital Transformation teams. This role ensures project alignment with the Innovation MRO roadmap and digital transformation strategy, fostering clear communication across departments and providing guidance in project management and governance to project pilots, including risk identification and management of scope.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects including those within digital transformation, innovation initiatives across the MRO network
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between engineering and management teams, ensuring efficiency, compliance with deadlines, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement
• Handle risk provision and manage risk reduction and opportunity optimization plans
• Oversee budget control, monitoring CapEx and OpEx expenditures to ensure alignment with annual forecasts, and identify new opportunities for investment and asset optimization within the department
• Responsible for supervising and lead all the functional representatives needed for the assigned projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree
• Advance English skills
• At least 3 years of experience in planning or managing projects, as well as the ability to develop, lead, motivate working teams
