Power Digital Marketing is seeking a Programmatic Media Manager to drive performance, strategy, and account growth for major multi-channel paid media clients. You will lead internal and external discussions, guide strategy with ad platform partners, and own execution, analysis, and reporting.

You will deploy paid media strategies across channels, defend critical elements in client meetings, and mentor a team toward revenue growth while maintaining high retention and KPI achievement.

Formación

• 2-5+ years of Paid Media experience.
• Experience managing multiple paid media accounts with budgets ranging between $200K-$1MM per month.
• Extensive experience in campaign management & strategy across programmatic ad platforms (DSPs) and ad tech partners.
• Experience directly managing campaigns and working with partners via managed service.
• Experience with full funnel strategy and measuring incremental lift.
• GA4 knowledge is a plus; ability to write ad copy and guide creative strategy.
• Strong client relationship management and reporting insights.

Responsabilidades

• Manage designated paid media accounts and meet pacing and KPI requirements.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and the Media Supervisor on goals and efficiency.
• Increase billing and expand media coverage for new accounts.
• Learn new strategies, test platforms, and expand offerings.
• Act as primary point of contact for owned accounts and generate reports.
• Maintain campaigns with optimizations, bidding methods, and copy revisions.
• Contribute to Paid Media strategy and design tests on a monthly/quarterly cadence.
• Drive full-funnel testing and continuous improvement of structures.
