Flex in Juarez Sur is seeking a Program Manager to lead program management activities, report to the Director of Program Management, and drive financial performance across customer accounts. You will coordinate with the CFT, collect data for quotes, and support quarterly business reviews with the client.
The role requires advanced English and a Bachelor’s degree, with responsibilities spanning claims management, cost recovery, and continuous improvement projects to enhance profitability.
Formación
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience escalating systemic problems or processes in the supply chain.
Responsabilidades
- Manage claims through CMT tool and recover charges not covered by the quote as NREs, ECOs, and miscellaneous requirements.
- Escalate with GAM to assure collection.
- Coordinate collection of excess and obsolete (E&O) and PPV variations with information from materials.
- Coordinate problem solving and escalate challenges affecting the program's P&L to meet financial commitments.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase profitability (Operations & Materials).
- Ensure correct functioning of the CFT.
- Coordinate generation of reporting and analytical information for decision-making with the client.
