Flex in Juarez Sur is seeking a Program Manager to lead program management activities, report to the Director of Program Management, and drive financial performance across customer accounts. You will coordinate with the CFT, collect data for quotes, and support quarterly business reviews with the client.

The role requires advanced English and a Bachelor’s degree, with responsibilities spanning claims management, cost recovery, and continuous improvement projects to enhance profitability.

• Ensure correct functioning of the CFT.
• Coordinate generation of reporting and analytical information for decision-making with the client.

Program Manager

We're looking to add a Program Manager located in Juarez Sur.

Reporting to the Director, Program Management, the Process Engineer's role involves:

What a typical day looks like

• Responsible for managing claims through CMT tool and recovering the charges not covered by the quote as NREs, ECO, and miscellaneous requirements. Escalate with GAM, if needed, to assure collection.
• Collection of excess and obsolete (E&O) and variations to agreed price of purchase (PPV) with the information received from materials.
• Coordinate problem solving, and escalates challenges encountered on the program that that affects the P&L for the organization to meet financial commitments, accountable for the financial performance of the account and address any gaps to assure quote alignment.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase profitability. (Operations & Materials).
• Accountable for the correct functioning of the CFT.
• Coordinates with the CFT the generation of reporting and analytical information for decision-making with the client (materials, quality, testing, etc.).
• Monitors the actions generated by the opportunities or needs of the project to comply with the customer metrics and/or internal objectives.
• Coordinates and/or escalates the resolution of operational problems where any of its projects does not have sufficient resources to meet the commitments previously established.
• Coordinates with the CFT the data collection for quotes or requotes for existing customers, reviews with GAM and seeks approval from PM Director or GM.
• Coordinates with the CFT the collection of data for the preparation of presentations in General or for Quarterly Business Reviews with the customer.
• Coordinates the resolution of problems or extraordinary situations with shipments of product, this does not include day-to-day activities.

• Coordinates with the CFT the forecast acceptance process and communicates the commitment of the operation and impact to the customer. (Material Shortages, Can Do, E&O, capacity, plan shipments, etc.).
• Coordinate communication and relationship with the segment group on account strategy and commercial aspects.
• Coordinates with the CFT the introduction of new products through FPLC methodology and accountable to track project completion on time.
