BOGE Rubber & Plastics Mexico is seeking a Programme Manager to lead automotive programmes from quotation to launch and series production. You will ensure quality, cost and time objectives while coordinating engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, production and finance teams.

Your role includes managing timelines and budgets, complying with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and the Control Plan, and maintaining strong client relations throughout the development process.

Formación

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics fields.
• 5+ years in programme or project management in automotive.
• Strong English proficiency and knowledge of IATF 16949 quality tools.

Responsabilidades

At BOGE Rubber & Plastics Mexico, we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead the development and implementation of automotive programmes, from the quotation stage through to launch and series production, ensuring compliance with customer requirements and meeting quality, cost and time objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead new product launch projects using the APQP methodology.
• Manage programme timelines, budgets, risks and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Finance.
• Act as the main point of contact with the client throughout the programme’s development.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality tools and methodologies: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and the Control Plan.
• Manage engineering changes and present executive reports to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with specific client requirements and the applicable IATF and VDA guidelines.

Required profile

• Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• At least 5 years’ experience in programme or project management within the automotive industry.
• Advanced English.
• Knowledge of the IATF 16949 standard and automotive quality tools.
• Experience in project management, scheduling and client relations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with MS Project and ERP systems is desirable.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, such as plastic injection moulding and assembly, is desirable.
