Job summary

BOGE Rubber & Plastics Mexico is seeking a Programme Manager to lead automotive programmes from quotation to launch and series production. You will ensure quality, cost and time objectives while coordinating engineering, quality, procurement, logistics, production and finance teams.

Your role includes managing timelines and budgets, complying with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC and the Control Plan, and maintaining strong client relations throughout the development process.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Mechatronics fields.
• 5+ years in programme or project management in automotive.
• Strong English proficiency and knowledge of IATF 16949 quality tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product launch projects using APQP.
• Manage programme timelines, budgets, risks and profitability.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams from Engineering, Quality, Procurement, Logistics, Production and Finance.
• Act as main contact with the client throughout development.
• Ensure compliance with automotive quality tools and IATF/VDA guidelines.
• Present executive reports on engineering changes and status.
