Job summary

NOVARES in Puebla, Mexico, seeks a Production-Manufacturing Engineering Leader to analyze and optimize existing processes, improving quality, cost, time and environment while training productivity teams. Level 1 focuses on optimizing current lines and processes, training personnel and ensuring deployment of technical skills.

Level 2 drives integration of new products, coordinating plant means and supplier interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong work experience in machine qualification including calibration, correlation, capability, repeatability and reproducibility.
• Able to communicate effectively in a worldwide environment.

Responsibilities

• Train personnel in processes and ensure deployment of technical skills at the site.
• Define production line layouts and create time sequences.
• Provide technical input for process improvements and organize maintenance of tooling.
• Coordinate integration of new products and processes on site.
• Lead FMECA activities and participate in PFMEA.
