Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Mexico is seeking an Intern for Program Project Control to support execution planning, governance, and budget tracking within aerospace projects. You will assist with coordinating activities, defining tracking tools, and monitoring spends using SAP.

The role is ideal for a new graduate engineer with basic project experience, strong organizational skills, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Formación

• New Graduate Engineer with some working experience.
• Basic knowledge of project execution.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, foresight, accuracy and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented.
• Good problem-solving abilities with decision making to move projects forward.
• Proficient computing skills; MS Office suite, MS Excel and MS Project are assets.

Responsabilidades

• Support with project execution planning and coordination with the Project Control Analyst.
• Lead low impact project execution work streams.
• Register key project activities through governance.
• Define tracking tools for different project work streams inputs.
• Track project spends in SAP budget and actuals.
• Support governance packages and project status.

What are your contributions to the team?

In your role, you will:

• Support with a project execution planning and coordination with the support of the Project Control Analyst
• Lead low impact project execution work streams
• Register key project activities and actions through specific governances
• Define specific tracking tools for the different project works streams inputs
• Track project spends registered at the project SAP budget and actuals
• Support with governance packages project status

As our ideal candidate,

• You are new Graduate Engineering preferable with some previous working experience
• Basic knowledge of project execution
• You have excellent organizational, time management skills, foresight, accuracy, attention to detail and commitment to objectives and responsibilities;
• You are self-motivated, autonomous, enthusiastic and results oriented;
• You have effective problem-solving skills with ability to make good decisions to move projects along to meet or exceed the targets;
• You have good computing skills; proficient in MS Office and experience with MS Excel and MS Project is an asset.
