Qualifications

• Experience supporting Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives, processes, and adoption activities.
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to comfortably speak to large audiences.
• Experience creating graphics, videos, animations, and user engagement content using tools such as Figma, Clipchamp, Synthesia, or similar platforms.
