Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Senior Digital Solution Architect onsite in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico. You will define current and target architectures to enable end-to-end digital continuity across manufacturing and enterprise environments, leading integration across SAP/ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, and data platforms.

You will have 10+ years in solution or enterprise architecture, with strong ISA-95, MES/MOM, SCADA and SAP/ERP experience, plus APIs and event-driven architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in Solution/Enterprise Architecture or Digital Transformation roles.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong expertise in ISA-95, MES/MOM, SCADA and SAP/ERP integration.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, middleware and event-driven architecture.

Responsibilities

• Define current state and target architecture for end-to-end digital continuity across manufacturing and enterprise environments.
• Design and govern architectures based on ISA-95 standards; align IT and OT strategies.
• Lead integration design across SAP/ERP, MES/MOM, SCADA, PLCs, PLM, WMS and data platforms; Cloud/Edge ecosystems.
• Establish integration patterns, interoperability models, and architecture standards for scalable solutions.
• Review solution architectures with Cybersecurity and EA teams to ensure scalability and avoid silos.
