Flex Ltd in Guadalajara, Mexico is seeking an IT Analyst to join our operations, reporting to Analyst Application Technology. Based at our campus, you will support IT services, systems, and infrastructure to meet business needs.

You will monitor Hybrid Cloud IT infrastructure, manage incidents, perform patching, disaster recovery, and automation; collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure SLA adherence and data security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in IT Support, Service Desk, Desktop Support, or End User Computing.
• Conversational English.
• Experience leading or coordinating support personnel and daily IT operations.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills for Windows OS, hardware, software, network connectivity, and end-user devices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare SOPs for day-to-day maintenance of applications and systems.
• Monitor enterprise systems for size, performance, and availability.
• Ensure backups, retention policies, and data integrity across Hybrid Cloud environments.

Proactively monitor systems for availability, capacity, and performance. Participate in the Patch management process, IT Business Continuity and Disaster recovery planning and testing.
