Placements24 seeks an experienced Consultor de Operaciones y Mejora Continua to join a prestigious management consulting practice in Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX. You will optimize client operations, streamline processes, and implement sustainable improvements across supply chains, manufacturing, and back-office functions.

You will lead workshops, analyze data, and design actionable roadmaps to deliver tangible results for diverse client organizations, traveling as required within the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Experience in leading client relationships and project teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, waste, and opportunities for improvement using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
• Develop and implement operational improvement strategies and action plans tailored to client needs.
• Design and optimize workflows, supply chains, and manufacturing processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions on process improvement techniques and change management.
• Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to track progress, measure impact, and ensure sustainable results.
• Collaborate with client teams at all levels to foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure buy-in for implemented changes.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations outlining findings, recommendations, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support business development activities by contributing to proposals and client presentations.

You will work closely with diverse client organizations to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement across their supply chains, manufacturing, service delivery, and back-office functions. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or other process optimization frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools and project management software.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Experience in managing client relationships and leading project teams.
• Ability to travel as required to client sites in and around Guadalajara, Jalisco, MX .
• Strong understanding of supply chain management, manufacturing excellence, and service operations.
