Job summary

Flex is seeking a Production Supervisor based at Flex South to lead daily production operations, develop teams, and meet quality, cost, delivery and productivity targets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to ensure safe, efficient manufacturing.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 3+ years in manufacturing, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience, with proficiency in Excel and intermediate English. Shifts may rotate as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing/production, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with WIP, production orders and serial aging traceability.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, problem-solving, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Strong communication, leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, if required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities across assigned lines/processes, ensuring quality, cost, delivery, and productivity targets are met.
• Supervise and develop production personnel, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback.
• Monitor production performance, identify operational issues, and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate production schedules based on customer requirements, material availability, equipment capacity, and priorities.
• Troubleshoot process and equipment issues and coordinate with Engineering and Maintenance teams for resolution.
• Identify and support process improvement, cost reduction, and new product introduction initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturing standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
• Support department budgeting, resource planning, and operational projects.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient production environment.
