Job summary

Flex South in Mexico is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead daily production operations, ensuring lines meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. You will collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance and Supply Chain to keep manufacturing safe and efficient.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of manufacturing/production experience, preferably in high-volume or technical environment.
• 1+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Experience with production planning, process improvement, problem-solving, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Intermediate English preferred.
• Availability to work rotating shifts, if required.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

The “Production supervisor” will be based in Flex South, reporting to the Production Supervisor The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading daily production operations, ensuring assigned lines meet quality, productivity, cost, and delivery targets. Requirements / Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
