Sola Wood Flowers in Monterrey is seeking a Production Team Lead for our hand-assembled, handcrafted line. You will set shifts, balance the line, unblock stations, and guard on-time wedding orders while upholding quality.

You will also grow your team, mentoring operators to run shifts independently within a fast-growing, 100-person operation. This role requires hands-on leadership, English fluency, and comfort with ERP/WMS and Excel.

Formación

• 2+ years leading a manufacturing/hand-assembly team.
• Hands-on line balancing, hourly boards, 5S, kaizen.
• Fluent English, oral and written, for US calls.
• Proficiency with ERP/WMS systems and Excel or Google Sheets.
• On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe).

Production Team Lead - Handcrafted Manufacturing (Monterrey)

Somewhere in the US right now, a bride is counting days. Her flowers are made by hand - one stem at a time - on our production floor in Monterrey. Her wedding date does not move. Neither does ours.

We make sola wood flowers: every petal shaped, dyed, and assembled by a person, not a machine. Our Monterrey operation is about 100 people across two flows - repeatable catalog production and one-of-a-kind custom wedding builds. We are growing fast, and we need a Team Lead who can hold quality and pace on a hand-assembly line while developing the people on it.

The job, honestly

You lead a team on the floor. You are the person who makes today's number happen: setting up the shift, balancing the line, unblocking stations, checking first-pass quality, and keeping wedding-dated orders protected no matter what else goes wrong that day.

You also build people. In a year, the best people on your team should be running shifts without you - that is how we measure you, and how you grow here.

We are a 100-person company, not a giant plant. Some weeks that means you help test a packaging change, onboard a hiring class, or chase a supplier issue. If "not my department" is in your vocabulary, you will hate it here. If you want to learn how a whole business runs, you will love it.

How we work

• Data wins arguments. Opinions do not. We track output, quality, and cost per unit daily.
• No work is beneath anyone. If the pallet needs moving, we move the pallet.
• Problems are treasure. Surface a bad number and you get help fixing it; hide one and we have a real problem.
• We run on EOS / Traction with OKRs, and your targets are written down with you before you start.

What you need

• 2+ years leading a team in manufacturing, hand-assembly, kitting, packaging, or fulfillment
• Hands-on experience with line balancing, hourly boards, 5S, kaizen, or similar - done it, not just studied it
• Fluent English, spoken and written - you will be on daily calls with the US team. This one is firm.
• Working comfort in ERP/WMS systems and Excel or Google Sheets
• On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)
• References you are happy for us to call

Strongly preferred:

made-to-order or handcrafted production (decor, furniture, apparel, promotional goods, maquila assembly). DTC/eCommerce exposure is a plus.
