Sola Wood Flowers is seeking a part-time contract videographer to document production, product, and people at our Monterrey floor (Finsa Guadalupe). You will light, shoot, and record audio, then hand off organized footage to our editing and social teams.

You will build a shot list with the US marketing team, and work 2–3 days per week on-site. Portfolio eligibility and your own gear are essential, along with conversational English and references.

Videographer (Part-Time, Contract) - Monterrey

Every bouquet we ship started as a bag of plain wood shavings and a date that cannot move.

Sola Wood Flowers turns sola wood into wedding flowers - cut, shaped, dyed, and assembled by hand on our floor in Monterrey. More than 6% of American weddings already use our flowers, and the photos and videos that sell them start here: the floor, the dye stations, the bridal builds, the people doing the work.

We are hiring a part-time contract videographer to shoot that story where it happens.

What your week looks like

• 2-3 days a week on-site at our Monterrey facility (Finsa Guadalupe), shooting production, product, and people.
• You work from a shot list you help build with our US marketing team: process videos, product beauty shots, worker stories, and raw content for ads and social.
• You light it, shoot it, and record clean audio. The floor is loud and the light changes; you know how to get the shot anyway.
• You hand off organized, labeled footage and selects to our editing and social team, so anyone can find a clip six months later.

Who does well here

People who like the floor more than the studio. You will spend your days next to dye stations and assembly lines, not in a conference room. When the shot needs you to crouch, climb, or wait twenty minutes for the right moment, you do it.

We run on data. Content gets judged by what it does - watch time, clicks, sales - not by how it felt in the edit. Nobody gets punished for a video that flops. People get in trouble for not shipping.

What you need

• A portfolio that shows you can shoot. Commercial, documentary, event, or industrial work all count. This matters more than your resume.
• Your own camera, lenses, and basic lighting and audio kit. List your gear when you apply.
• Experience shooting in real working environments: factories, workshops, kitchens, events - not just controlled sets.
• Conversational English. You will have weekly calls with our US marketing team.
• Based in Monterrey and able to work on-site (Finsa Guadalupe) 2-3 days a week.
• References we can call.

Do not apply if

you only want studio or wedding work, you need a big crew around you, or you want a full-time salaried role. This is a part-time contract, roughly 20 hours a week.
