Sola Wood Flowers is seeking a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator for their Monterrey floor to translate orders into actionable plans and ensure on-time ship dates. The role connects production, fulfillment, purchasing, and the US team, using data-driven discipline and hands-on problem solving.

You will be on-site daily in Monterrey, mastering Excel/Sheets, and maintaining ERP/WMS data hygiene to keep BOMs and inventories trustworthy and ready for execution.

Formación

• 1-3+ years in production planning or related ops.
• Fluency in Excel or Google Sheets and ability to clean data.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP or WMS.
• Fluent English for daily coordination with the US team.
• On-site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe).

Responsabilidades

• Daily and weekly production scheduling: translating orders into station-level plans for both standard and custom work.
• Material and component availability - spotting shortages that would affect ship dates.
• ERP/WMS data hygiene: orders, BOMs, inventory counts, and ship confirmations.
• The numbers: output vs. plan, on-time ship rate, first-pass quality, and labor hours per unit, reported daily.
• Coordination between production, fulfillment, purchasing, and the US team - in English, every day.

Manufacturing Operations Coordinator - Monterrey

A wedding order placed on a Sunday night becomes wood shavings, dye baths, glue, and a ship date on our Monterrey floor by Monday morning. Somebody has to make that handoff clean. That somebody is this role.

Sola Wood Flowers handcrafts wedding flowers and home decor from sola wood. Our Monterrey facility (about 100 people) runs two flows at once: high-volume catalog SKUs and made‑to‑order bridal builds against fixed wedding dates. We are hiring a Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to be the connective tissue of that floor - the person who turns plans, orders, and data into a day that actually runs on time.

What you will own

• Daily and weekly production scheduling: translating orders into station‑level plans for both standard and custom work


• Material and component availability - spotting the shortage on Monday that would have killed Thursday's ship date


• ERP/WMS data hygiene: orders, BOMs, inventory counts, and ship confirmations that people can trust


• The numbers: output vs. plan, on‑time ship rate, first‑pass quality, and labor hours per unit, reported daily without being chased


• Coordination between production, fulfillment, purchasing, and the US team - in English, every day

What you need

• 1-3+ years in production planning, manufacturing coordination, inventory, or fulfillment operations


• Real fluency in Excel or Google Sheets: pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, cleaning messy data without help


• Hands‑on experience with an ERP or WMS (any major one)


• Fluent spoken and written English for daily work with the US team. Firm requirement.


• On‑site daily in Monterrey (Finsa Guadalupe)

Strongly preferred:

experience in hand‑assembly, made‑to‑order, or labor‑intensive manufacturing - furniture, decor, packaging, apparel, promo goods, or maquila‑style operations.
